Tell Us How It Went

We matched you with a contractor, how did it go? Good, bad, or somewhere in between, we want to hear it. What you send here comes straight to us by email. It is never posted on this site or anywhere else, and the contractor never sees it, unless you check the box below saying they may know it was you, so they can try to make it right.

If they did great work, tell us that too. The contractors who take care of people are the ones we keep sending work to.

Need the official route instead?

If a contractor broke the law, took a deposit and vanished, worked without a license, left your home unsafe, a note to us isn't the strongest tool you have. Formal complaints go to the Nevada State Contractors Board, and they're what actually puts a license at risk:

File a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board

And if you hired a licensed contractor for your own home and have a court judgment or Board finding in your favor, Nevada's Residential Recovery Fund can pay up to $40,000 of actual damages. Our license-check guide explains how all of it works.
